You will fully support the Customer Account Managers by handling enquiries and requests from customers, clients and colleagues alike and work in a proactive, effective and accurate way.
The responsibilities for this role include:
• Answering email enquiries, check and respond to emails
• Organising tour days for clients and providing feedback
• Liaise with lawyers regarding properties and sales
• Receive, record and deal with telephone enquiries in an efficient and professional manner
• Drawing up contracts and invoices for completions
• Create the advertising of properties and monitoring on a monthly basis
To be successful in this role you will be a real team player, take pride in giving consistently excellent customer service and always communicate in a friendly and courteous manner. Having previous administration experience you be willing to learn and develop and have a 'can do’ positive attitude. Being highly organised you will prioritise your own workload and work in a methodical way.
Due to the nature of this role you will need to hold a full driving license and be willing to travel to sites as required.
